How Do I Submit a Support Ticket to NCEES?
If you are unable to find an answer to a problem that you are having in our support documentation, you are encouraged to submit a support ticket to NCEES. To submit a ticket you must first click the question mark button in the top right corner of your account screen.
Next select the 'Send a Message' button.
Lastly, fill out the fields with appropriate information and click Send. An agent will reply to you as soon as possible.
