How Do I Reset My Password If I Don't Know It?

1. Go to main account login page, https://account.ncees.org
2. Click on "Forgot Your Password?"
3. Enter the email address associated with your MyNCEES Account.
4. Click the box next to "I am not a robot"
5. Select the email address or phone number where you want your password reset code sent.
6. Confirm the full email address, or the portion of the phone number that is requested.
7. Retrieve your password reset code from your phone or email and enter it in the code box.
8. Click on "Verify Code"
9. Select and confirm your new password.
